Thank you for choosing West Nichold Cottage, we hope you enjoy your stay.
Your booking will be complete when we acknowledge receipt of your booking and deposit, which will be one third of the total rental charge.
The balance shall be payable six weeks before commencement of your holiday.
If you book your holiday less than six weeks from your commencement date, the full holiday charge shall be payable prior to the issue of holiday confirmation.
We accept payment via, online booking, bank transfer.
We have a relaxed cancellation policy.
Please notify us immediately by telephone, or email if this is the case.
The cottage will be available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival. This is to allow for cleaning & preparation prior to your arrival.
(Arrangements can be made for earlier arrival, only on request.)
We ask that you vacate the cottage no later than 10.00 am on the day of departure.
Please ensure that on your day of departure you leave the cottage in the same condition it was found.
The number of persons using the cottage shall not exceed the maximum number stated in our advertisements.
We the owners shall be allowed access to the cottage at any reasonable time during the holiday occupancy.
The holidaymaker shall keep the cottage and all furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects in the same state of repairs as at the commencement of the holiday.
The holidaymaker is legally bound to reimburse the owner for replacement, repair or extra cleaning costs on demand. We ask that you notify us immediately.
We are a no smoking establishment.
Pets are not allowed in the property.
We hope this will never occur, however if you have any complaints, please inform us immediately, so that appropriate action can be taken.
